Light sensitive Migraine and photophobia affect hundreds of millions of people around the world.
Migraine and over 50 other chronic medical conditions have been found to be triggered, exacerbated or prolonged from exposure to specific wavelengths of light.
MigraLens filters block much more of the harmful light that blue blocker glasses and FL-41 tinted lenses allow through. That's why a peer reviewed confirmed that MigraLens provides superior relief over other filters in more than 9/10 cases.
Tens of thousands of people have found lasting Migraine relief with MigraLens.

Migraine is a neurological condition with a variety of symptoms that can be exhibited differently between individuals. Aura is one of the most commonly reported accompanying signals along with a headache, so if you are unsure if what you are experiencing can be described as aura, read on. About one in three people with Migraine experience a visual disturbance or “aura” that precedes their headache.
A migraine aura can take on several forms. Many reports see flashing lights - which can sometimes combine with zig-zag lines, polka dots, or blind spots that expand and move. These symptoms will continue whether your eyes are open or closed.
As Migraine is a neurological condition, these symptoms originate not in the eye itself but in the brain and nervous system. In this case, the aura is likely triggered in the visual cortex of the brain.
This aura effect often lasts between 15 to 20 minutes immediately preceding the headache. As the visual disturbance recedes, the headache typically begins. Often when a Migraine aura begins, customers immediately reach for their Migraine glasses, with the expectation that the impact and duration of the expected headache can be mitigated.
Some individuals as they grow older may experience fewer headaches, but a continuation of auras which are then not followed by a typical headache.
Glaucoma is a degenerative eye condition caused by progressively increasing pressure within the eye that may lead to blindness.
Due in part to the pressure on the optic nerve, people with glaucoma can experience heightened light sensitivity from sunlight, fluorescent lighting, or from glare and computer screens.
While MigraLens are highly effective at combating light sensitivity in general, and people with glaucoma also experience an increase in Migraine episodes, our glasses alone may not provide all the benefits required by glaucoma patients for every aspect of life.
One side effect of glaucoma is a reduced perception of contrast, which is necessary for activities such as watching television as safely navigating a poorly lit environment.
This is where specialty glasses for glaucoma may be beneficial.

MigraVision Lens glasses have a distinctive green lens color for a good reason.
Our lens filter blocks wavelengths of light associated with migraine, as was discovered by researchers. The research confirmed that blue light – whether from sunlight, digital devices, LED or fluorescent lighting can be a common trigger for Migraines, however, it also states that sufferers are sensitive to red light.¹ ²
Many of the low-cost products marketed as "Blue Light Glasses", "Computer Glasses", or FL-41 filters, allow a significant percentage of blue light through to the eye, without blocking any of the red light and the amount of blue light filtered can be too low to be effective.³
MigraLens glasses block both blue and red light - at high enough percentages to provide effective results that have been published in a peer-reviewed journal. Absorbing so much blue and red light makes our glasses their distinctive green color.
When it comes to Migraine, green is the power behind our success, but be aware of cheap copies. Just because a lens is green, it does not guarantee that it will filter the appropriate amounts of blue, and red light (or UVA/UVB) required to be effective.
Providing you with the confidence to trust in it.
