Our eyes are exposed to blue violet light rays which is emitted from digital devices like TV, Computer, SMart Phones etc. Not all the blue violet rays are harmful as study says 80% of them emitted from digital devices are really harmful whereas remaining 20% available in atmosphere ( Blue-torquise) are essential and required to balance circadian rhethm.

High-index eyeglass lenses are the right choice if you want thinner, lighter lenses and eye glasses that are as attractive and comfortable as possible.
Thinner, lighter high-index lenses are especially recommended if you have a strong eye glasses prescription for nearsightedness, farsightedness or astigmatism. But Hi index lenses can make your eyeglasses noticeably slimmer, lighter and more attractive regardless of how strong your prescription is.

These lens are even thinner. If you have particularly strong vision needs (SPH corrections around +/-7.00 and +/-9.00, and CYL corrections around +/-3.25 and +/-4.00) these are the best choice for you.
Refracts lights more effectively than standard hi index lenses. This usally means that they can be cut thinner than other lenses while providing perfect vision correction for stronger prescription. Lower in price as compared to 1.74 index lenses.
